Yukon Fish & Game Association and Hunter Education & Ethics Development are offering an All Women’s Field Dressing Course on the evenings of December 5th and December 12th.
This course will prepare you for processing this season’s harvest. The first night will cover field dressing and how to prepare your harvest for transport out of the field, while the second night will cover additional meat care to properly process your harvest.
Join us to learn the field dressing skills for your next hunting trip!
The best part? You get to take home a portion of the meat processed in the course.
COST: $150/person
*Please note: The cost has gone up because we will be learning on a much bigger animal than the previous course. This bigger animal will more closely reflect the size of Yukon Wild Game animals. You can expect to take home approximately 20 lbs. of fresh meat.
