    Planked Salmon Spread (fish)
     
    Ingredients:
    2 cups plank-broiled salmon, skin removed.
1 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon each : horseradish sauce, lemon juice, finely minced chives, chopped pimento stuffed olives, salt to taste.
Toasted sesame seeds.
     
    Directions:
    Blend all ingredients except sesame seeds. Mash and blend well with a fork. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Form into a loaf and coat evenly with toasted sesame seeds. Serve chilled with crackers.
